Our Morgan Sindall sites can always rely on Henley Construction Management to step up for social value. Whether it’s supporting careers events in education, working with us to reduce site waste or joining us for a trek over the Yorkshire Three Peaks to fundraise for charitable causes, Jess and the team show such a positive commitment to our goals and initiatives, and it allows us to achieve much more in the way of social impact.

As the representative responsible for ensuring the conservation quality of projects supported by Historic England, I’ve been particularly reassured by the approach taken at Phoenix Mills, Tileyard North, Wakefield. As the oldest surviving mill on the site, this building represents a key part of the city’s industrial heritage. From the outset, Henley Restoration and Remedials demonstrated a clear commitment to best practice in heritage restoration. The level of collaboration was strong throughout, and conservation decision-making consistently reflected a deep understanding of the site's historic significance. This gave us full confidence that both the integrity of the building and our investment were in safe, expert hands.
