Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure work is delivered to high-quality standards and strict timelines
- Monitor site progress, perform regular inspections, and resolve issues
- Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Expedite materials, manage logistics, and maintain accurate reporting
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
About You:
- Proven experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, H&S requirements, and construction processes
- Confident leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform stone masonry repairs and restorations on heritage and listed buildings.
- Assess the condition of stonework and identify areas needing repair or restoration.
- Utilise traditional techniques and tools to ensure authenticity in repairs.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project specifications and timelines.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all work performed.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stone Mason or Repairer, ideally with experience with heritage and listed buildings.
- Proficiency in traditional stone masonry techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Yorkshire, the North West, and the Midlands.
