About the Role:

Henley Construction Management Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple construction projects in and around Lincoln.

We are a fast-moving, energetic company with a growing pipeline of varied and exciting construction projects – from residential to commercial developments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure work is delivered to high-quality standards and strict timelines
  • Monitor site progress, perform regular inspections, and resolve issues
  • Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations
  • Expedite materials, manage logistics, and maintain accurate reporting
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role within the construction sector
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, H&S requirements, and construction processes
  • Confident leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Join our team and contribute to the preservation of architectural heritage! We are seeking skilled Stone Masons and Repairers to join our well-organised and dynamic team. As part of Henley Restoration and Remedials, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and restoring the beauty and integrity of historic structures across the UK with a focus on the North of England currently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform stone masonry repairs and restorations on heritage and listed buildings.
  • Assess the condition of stonework and identify areas needing repair or restoration.
  • Utilise traditional techniques and tools to ensure authenticity in repairs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all work performed.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Stone Mason or Repairer, ideally with experience with heritage and listed buildings.
  • Proficiency in traditional stone masonry techniques and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Yorkshire, the North West, and the Midlands.

  • Ensure structural integrity and adherence to building codes.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
