2012

Henley Stone Specialists Ltd is formed

After years of successfully delivering high-end residential projects as a sole trader, Shaun Henley established Henley Stone Specialists Ltd. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, award-winning projects, the company began to expand its service offerings and client base.
2014

Introduction of Henley Remedials

Shaun Henley and Matt Cummins, Director of Remedials, joined forces to create a full façade solution. Henley Remedials offered brick tinting, specialist cleaning, and repair services, ensuring that every project was completed to the highest standards of quality.
2020

Henley Restoration & Remedials

The growing demand for restoration work led to the expansion of the group’s services to include Henley Restoration. Welcoming Tom Cardoe as the Managing Director of Restoration, the group now offers both new build and restoration services, allowing clients to coordinate multiple aspects of a project with a single contractor.
2021

Henley Rail Services

As part of the wider Henley Construction Management Group, Henley Rail was established to deliver rail-side construction services. Operating to high standards under the RISQS accreditation scheme, this expansion marked a significant step in the group's growing capabilities.

HZS Stainless Steel

HZS Stainless Steel was founded to meet the growing demand for high-quality stainless steel components across the construction and engineering sectors. Based in a 10,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in West Yorkshire, it has become a key part of the Henley Construction Management Group. By providing full turnkey solutions, HZS ensures unmatched control over quality, cost, and project timelines, while serving clients across the entire open market.
